»  One time maintenance advance for 2 years to be paid in advance to Indaus Constructions before handover of units.

»  Indaus Constructions will duly hand over all the maintenance contracts to the "Whitefield Boulevard Owners' Association" after the completion of the project.

»  Owners Association will finalise the monthly maintenance fees based on the appropriate conditions.

MAINTENANCE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• Water supply to each home.
• Sewage treatment plant - all associated costs (including operation and maintenance).
• Power bills for common areas, street lighting.
• 24 hours security.
• Landscaping - maintenance, watering and upkeep.
• General cleanliness, sweeping of roads, collection of garbage.
• Upkeep of common areas, re-surfacing of roads when required.
• Maintenance of swimming pool.
• Changing fused light bulbs, tubes in common areas.
• Maintenance of generator, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
• Maintenance of the clubhouse and attached amenities inside.
