All construction shall be carried out by "Indaus Constructions and our authorised contractors" only and no external agencies shall be permitted to carry out any works, including modification / additions after handover.

Construction of each home must begin within 2 months of signing the Sale Agreement. In case the construction contract is not finalised within 2 months, "Indaus Constructions" shall reserve the right to refund all monies received (without interest) and sell the site to anyone it feels fit.

Registration of individual sites shall be carried out only after the complete payment is received.

Boundary walls, fencing or any such form of demarking individual property boundaries shall not be permitted except at certain locations at thediscretion of Indaus Constructions.

Residents shall be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of their "notional area" (which is the entire land from their rear boundary till the centre of the road in front of their property ), and shall not allow litter, dirt, overgrown grass etc. And maintenance team shall have the right to impose fines and penalties if the same is not maintained.

Residents must mow their lawns and deweed their gardens - either on their own or by entering into contract with the maintenance team. In case the lawn / garden is overgrown / covered with weeds, the maintenance team will send a notice and if no action is taken within one week, the team shall clean /mow the area and charge an amount equal to double the contract rates forthe same work.

No norms & reverse warning music etc. shall be permissible for all cars within the housing layout. Old polluting vehicles may not be permitted inside the campus either.

Littering within the campus, even so much as dropping a chocolate wrap within the campus will be liable for hefty fines. Children shall not be exempt from such fines - and it shall be the responsibility of the parents to prevent littering. Pet owners must carry necessary cleaning apparatus for cleaning up excreta.

The maintenance team shall have the right to cut off water supply and / or power supply to those residents who do not pay bills or other dues.

No further construction can be carried out at a later date after the completion and handover of the individual homes.

The homes have been especially designed and detailed by Indaus Constructions. When you buy a "Whitefield Boulevard" home, you are buying into our design philosophy.

Any design decisions, whether interior or exterior, shall be at the sole discretion of Indaus Consructions. No external Architects / Designers shall be entertained.
